RETURNS

We encourage conscious shopping so please choose mindfully to ensure you select the item/colour you want. We want you to be happy with your Louie Bloom bag - therefore if you change your mind or you're simply not happy with your purchase, you are welcome to apply for an exchange or store credit.

If you find a fault in your bag, please get in touch so we can look after you.

When items arrive back to our Louie Bloom Studio, we will issue you with a Store Credit sent via email for you to use on our website, or provide details on your exchange and delivery on said item. Please allow 5 business days for processing.

Please send back to the address listed on the returns slip or email louie@louiebloom.com if you are unable to download the returns slip or are having difficulty finding relevant information. 

RETURNING YOUR ITEM

Costs associated with return shipping is the responsibility of the sender. 

An exchange or store credit will be offered for any items returned due to change of mind or faulty items.

All tags and packaging must be in original condition and the bag clearly unused. 

All exchanges will receive complimentary shipping when being sent back to you.

*All exchanges are subject to availability. 

If you wish to exchange items but require your piece urgently, we recommend repurchasing to avoid missing out on stock, therefore you receive your item sooner and we can issue you a refund once your return items arrives.

Items delivered within Australia must be returned to us within 14 days after receiving the product, with a tracking number provided for returns postage. 

NZ, USA, EU, ASIA / International customers allow up to 21 days.

Louie Bloom will not be held liable if the item is lost in transit and therefore recommends that you send all returns by trackable, insured Registered Post or via courier.

Return Rejections- Louie Bloom reserves the right to reject returns. 

SALES ITEMS

We unfortunately cannot offer a refund on sale items.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items :

  • If the item is damaged, worn or not in saleable condition

  • Items purchased on sale or other purchases made via Stockist or Warehouse sales are final

  • If the item isn't in it's original packaging

  • You've purchased your item over 2 weeks ago

STORE CREDITS / GIFT CARDS

Store credits and gift cards are sent via email and will be in your inbox of the email address that was used to place the original order (please be sure to check your spam folder).

FREE SHIPPING for all orders within Australia via Standard Australia Post

To receive your item Via Express Post an added $15 charge will be incurre

DELIVERY EVERYWHERE ELSE

Shipping outside Australia is charged at a flat rate of $40 AUD

Please allow the following time for your order to be completed and shipped:

USA/Canada: 3-6 working days

UK/EU: 4-7 working days

Asia: 3-6 working days

*all shipping prices are in AUD and include GST.

Please note that any charges, taxes or fees at destination country will be the customer’s responsibility.
